
Dublin psychiatrist, Jane Van Dopp (Carice van Houten) is mourning the deaths of both her husband and her son. Their accidental deaths have her a bit preoccupied as she is orders to work on the file of Dorothy Mills (Jenn Murray). Miss Mills is a teenager from a tiny village who has tried to strangle a baby to death. Jane learns of a village that is filled with very strangle happenings and comes to meet Dorothy. Nervous, Dorothy stands her ground that she did not touch the child. Upon analyzing the girl, Jane decides that she has a multiple personality disorder.
