I Love You, Man

I Love You, Man is a story about a man named Peter (Paul Rudd) who is about to get married to a wonderful woman. He is a very good guy and hes excited for the marriage. However, they begin talking about who his best man will be. This is when he realizes that he doesn't have any friends that are guys. He goes on a quest to find a new friend, but he runs into some problems along the way. He finally meets a very laid back guy named Sydney (Jason Segel), and they start to become friends. This guy has a completely different mindset compared to the main character, though. The confrontations between the two characters are absolutely hilarious. They get into a fight and Peter becomes unsure if Sydney should be his best man, but the wedding is drawing near.

Over The Hedge

RJ gets into trouble when he tries to steal food from a hibernating bear. He accidentally destroys all the food and needs to get everything back so that the bear won't eat him. He meets up with a group of small animals and they start stealing food from the human beings that live nearby. The group of animals reluctantly help RJ - although they are not being told why he's getting all the food, they think it's for the group. The humans call an exterminator to get rid of the annoying animals and things go funnily wrong from there.

Knowing

John Koestler (Nicolas Cage) is both a father to Caleb (Chandler Canterbury) and a physics professor. Strange events begin to unfold when a time capsule at his son's elementary school is opened, and a letter makes it's way into his hands. John has been in a deep depression and has come to believe there is no purpose to life since the accidental death of his wife a few years earlier. He becomes obsessed with finding the meaning behind the letter in the time capsule. In his quest to uncover the secrets of the letter, he meets Diana Wayland (Rose Byrne) and her daughter, Abby Wayland (Lara Robinson), who are the direct descendents of the little girl who wrote the original letter that was placed in the time capsule 50 years earlier. Abby and Caleb seems to be plagued with hearing voices and visits from mysterious strangers. It becomes apparent that there is more to the meet up of all these characters than any of them could have expected as they all go on a journey together that takes them to their ultimate purpose and destiny.

Maya Angelou also appears in the movie as the character May. This movie will have you glued to your seats as long as you do not have to go to the bathroom from laughing too hard! An irrestible, hilarious movie that keeps the laughs coming throughout!

Pocahontas

In Disney's take on this tale from early American history, Pocahontas (Irene Bedard) is a young girl bristling under the strong hand of her father. She loves nature and is friends with the animals and is determined not to be the bride of the warior that her father said she will marry. She meets John Smith (Mel Gibson) and continues to see him even though her father has stated she must not go near the invaders. The "savages" as the English Govenor Ratcliff (David Ogden Stiers) sees them must be hiding the gold he is convinced is there in the new land. John Smith and Pocahontas must do all they can to stop a war between the settlers and the indians. The story shows an interesting view of how cultures with no understanding see each other so poorly at first, but can learn to accept with time and an open heart.

Lilo And Stitch

On a distant planet, a genetic weapon named Stitch is created. Stitch is basically the ultimate havoc-wreaker. True to his reputation, Stitch escapes his creators and crash lands on planet Earth on the island of Hawaii. He is mistaken for a dog and is sent to the pound, where he meets Lilo. Lilo is a young girl with a troubled home life. She's being raised by her older sister Nani, and their strained relationship is about to be severed by a hard-nosed social worker. Against her sister's objections, Lilo takes Stitch home as her new pet. Both teach the other the true meaning of "ohana," which is Hawaiian for "family". Though he causes a lot of chaos and makes a mess everywhere he goes, Stitch proves to hold the family together.

Land Of The Lost

Land of the Lost tells the story of scientist Rick Marshall (Will Ferrell). Years following an embarrassment on national TV cost him his job, he, along with Holly Cantrell (Anna Friel) and Will Stanton (Danny McBride) construct a time warp travel machine, sending the three into a parallel universe. When they arrive, they meet a prehistoric man named Cha-Ka (Jorma Taccone), and begin a journey to explore the world and attempt to return home. Along the way, they encounter a Tyrannosaurus Rex (which they nickname "Grumpy"), vicious creatures named Sleestalks, and an evil villain named Zarn who needs their time-warp machine in order to take over the world.

The Hangover

A Las Vegas bachelor party turns bad as Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms) and Alan (Zach Galifianakis) wake up in a destroyed hotel room with a tiger, a baby and a missing tooth. No one can remember what happened the night before, and what's worse, the groom (Justin Bartha) is missing. They have less than 24 hours to find him and get to the wedding on time. Along the way, they discover evidence of their wild, drunken night, including Mike Tyson, a naked Asian gangleader and photos from an impromptu Las Vegas wedding.

They have to protect them from the attempts of a diabolical organization to capture and use them in order to implement its evil plans. The orphaned teenagers named Sara (AnnaSophia Robb) and Seth (Alexander Ludwig), while being in search of their origins, become the main target of the evil Burke (Ciarán Hinds), who wants to exploit in his personal interest their supernatural capacities including telekinesis and does everything possible to catch the children.

Ace Ventura Jr: Pet Detective

In the true spirit of his missing father Ace Ventura Sr., young Ace Jr. (Josh Flitter) is caring and loving towards animals. When the school mascot Mr. Chompers is stolen, he sets off to find him. However, things get more complicated when Ace's mom is arrested for allegedly stealing baby panda from a city zoo. Now, if he wants to set his mother free, the young pet detective must go to the heart of this mystery, and the trace is leading to some very powerful people...

Choke

Victor Mancini (Sam Rockwell) goes to Sex addicts anonymous meetings where they clearly don’t help. He instead winds up hooking up with other members of the group. While he’s not there he can be found working at the towns colonial reenactment village. With his mother in the hospital suffering from Alzheimer’s his day job isn’t enough, so Victor goes to high end restaurants and chokes on their food. Allowing patrons to feel needed as his rescuers, they send him money every now and then. Victor’s best friend Denny (Brad William Henke) is trying to better himself and tries to get Victor to do the same. Worried about his mother Victor employs the help of a young doctor to try and cure his mom and get information about his father. He and the doctor become entangled in a messy relationship that has Victor questioning the type of person he really is.

The Steam Experiment

Jimmy (Val Kilmer) is a mad scientist who wants his story published by locking 6 people who were made up of a former pro football player (Eric Roberts), a former actress (Megan Brown), a nurse (Patrick Muldoon), a waitress (Eve Mauro), a restaurateur (Quinn Duffy) and a writer (Cordelia Reynolds). He wants to prove his theory about global warming and by doing so, threatens all those who were kept in hostage. The scene becomes more intense as the heat pressure creates havoc in the detainees fight for survival. And Jimmy will only tell their location to the detective (Assante) once his story is out.

Three girls, Tabitha (Katheryn Winnick), Lisa (Jessica Lucas) and Shelby (Laura Breckenridge) have not met since they finished school, but after some unfortunate events, they find out that a former colleague from school is the one who plays them some tricks for his own amusement. Terror will pursue them until they will be able to face their worst fears that haunted them in the past. All they have to do is to get out alive from the crazy murderer’s games.

The Horsemen

Detective Aidan Breslin (Dennis Quaid) uncovers a string of gory, gristly, exacting murders that all seem to have something in common. The killings seem to be based on biblical prophecies surrounding the four horsemen of the apocalypse: War, Famine, Pestilence, and Death. Recently widowed, Breslin finds the horror of the case is pulling him away from his remaining family, his sons Alex (Lou Taylor Pucci) and Sean (Liam James). A soft-spoken Chinese woman, Kristen (Ziyi Zhang), just may be the key to uncovering the killings.

The Bank Job

Terry (Jason Statham) is an average guy trying to make ends meet in London. He is in trouble with the local neighborhood thugs and his auto dealership is in trouble. An old neighborhood friend Martine (Saffron Burrows) offers him a chance to make millions. She recruits him and his friends to break into a bank and rob the safety deposit boxes. What Terry and his gang doesn't realize is that the bank robbery has been arranged by the British government in an attempt to obtain scandalous photos of a royal family member. The gang manages to tunnel their way into the vault and obtain millions of dollars. However, the secrets of dirty cops, brothels and local gangsters were also amongst the safety deposit boxes and they want there information back. Terry and his gang must now escape the biggest criminals in London while also avoiding the government who want their photos.

The Haunting In Connecticut

The Campbell family's eldest son, Matt Campbell (Kyle Gallner), is currently undergoing cancer treatment. Concerned about his worsening health, his mother, Sara (Virginia Madsen), decides to move the family out to Connecticut in order to make it easier to take Matt to his ever increasing hospital visits. However, once in their new home, Matt begins experiencing strange and frightening phenomena every night. While at first rationalizing the occurrences as hallucinations due to his cancer treatment, Matt soon begins to wonder if it’s not instead a sinister force rooted in the house’s mysterious and dark past.

Watchmen

In an alternate 1985, real heroes had come and gone since the 1940's, and re-emerge with the murder of on of their founding members, The Comedian (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). Investigating the murder, nihilistic hero Rorschach (Jackie Earle Haley) stumbles upon a much larger plot involving his ex-compatriots and the world on the brink of global destruction.
